Why Alma exists
Alma started with a trip to Mexico and the kind of meals that stay with you long after you leave. Simple seafood, bold flavours, late afternoons that turned into long nights around the table.
Tim and Jack came home wanting to recreate that feeling, shaped by the way people actually eat and drink on the Northern Beaches. Long lunches that drift into afternoon margaritas. Seafood cooked simply but confidently. Tables that get louder as the sun drops.
